Q: What Are Your Operation Hours?

We are open from Tuesday-Sunday 10am-7pm. We are closed on Mondays.

Q: Do You Do Same Day Delivery?

Yes, we are able to do same day delivery for orders placed at least 4 hours prior the required delivery timing.

Do note we only delivery between 10-12pm on Mondays.

Q: Do you do delivery? And what are the time slots?

A: Yes we will be able to deliver at additional $20.00.
     (+3.00 for delivery to CBD/Sentosa/Tuas and on Public Holiday/Eve)
     Our time slots are 10-12pm, 12-2pm, 2-4pm, 4-6pm or 6-8pm. We are closed on Mondays.

Q: How long before the event do i need to order the cake?

A: For the cake designs that you can see from our website, it will be ready by the next day as long as order is placed before 6pm. For customised cake designs, we will require a minimum of 1-2 weeks advance notice depending on the complexity of the design as well as availability of date.

Q: How do i order a customised cake that is not available for purchase at your website?

A: For any customised cake designs, please send us a picture of the design to sales@cakeavenue.com, and we will be happy to provide you with a quote and advise you on the ordering process.


Q: Do you accept any other size options not listed on your website?

A: Yes! We take orders for bigger size cakes. Contact us to find out the size options and how soon it can be ready.


Q: Do you customise other cake flavors?

A: Am sorry but we do not customise other cake flavors out of our current catalogue at the moment. This will be in due consideration for future.


Q: What if i have already placed a cake order and need to change some details (eg. cake flavor, date, delivery address or timing)

A: We will be happy to make any changes if the kitchen has not started on the cake. Please call us at 6877 9008 with a minimum of 1-2 days advance notice.


Q: What are your operation hours?

A: We are open from 10am-8.30pm daily, with the exception of Mondays. 


Q: How soon can you reply to me if i had sent in an email/ facebook enquiry?

A: We usually will reply within the the next hour (enquiry has to be sent during our operation hours). We do not reply to messages or phone calls on Mondays as we will be closed. Please allow us to reply you the following day.

Q: Do you do same day delivery?

A: We do not do same day delivery at the moment, but we are exploring options to make this possible in the near future.

Q: Do you call the recipient before delivery?

A: We usually do not call the recipient before delivery unless special instructions were left to do so. This is to avoid any disruption of surprise plans that the orderer may have anticipated.

Q: What if the recipient is not around at point of delivery?

A: If for any reason no one is present to receive delivery of the products at the delivery address you have provided during the allocated time slot, the driver will wait for maximum of 10 minutes. If to no avail, we will take the product back and retain the same for 24 hours which time you may call us to either arrange for self collection or re-delivery by us (subject to availability) upon payment of a further delivery charge.

Q: What is the product i received is not the product i have ordered?

A: We do hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. However, if upon collection or delivery of the products, you find that these are not those ordered by you ( for example, the colour or wordings is incorrect), please notify us immediately and we will endeavour to rectify it as soon as possible. If rectification is not possible and you would like to keep the product, we will provide you with a reasonable discount off the item.
